What time will New World be at my home?
Ordinarily our workdays are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will schedule you for a Morning, Mid-Day or late Afternoon cleaning. While it is not possible to give a specific time that we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.
How many people do you send to clean a home?
It would depend on the size of your home. Typically, for a home under 2500 square feet, two of our Cleaners would be assigned for the first time. For homes over 2500 sq.ft. three or more are usually assigned. On subsequent visits fewer Cleaners may needed. However we will do a thorough job every time!
What cleaning equipment or supplies does New World provide?
New World provides brings all the necessary equipment and normal cleaning supplies.
Is New World bonded and insured?
We are licensed, bonded and fully insured. And unlike many independents and some services, New World carries complete workman's compensation insurance and pays all of the applicable state and federal employment taxes.
Do I need to be home when New World comes?
It's up to you. Many of our customers are not home when we clean. Some of our customers prefer to give us a key that is secured in our office. Others leave a key for us in a safe place or with a neighbor. Upon arrival for a scheduled cleaning if we cannot access your home, you may be charged $30.00 lock out fee if our team cannot be reassigned.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by personal check, MasterCard or Visa. We need a credit card number to reserve your first cleaning. On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen counter. If you prefer to pay by credit card, let us know and we will handle that from the office.
Why does regularly scheduled cleaning cost less than First Time cleaning?
It takes more time to clean a home for the first time. We take extra time to remove the accumulated dust and grime as completely as possible. On regularly scheduled cleanings we do a just as through job but it takes less time and as a valued customer we pass along the savings to you.
Do you Guarantee your work?
Yes. If we don't clean something to your satisfaction, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back and correct the oversight at no extra charge.
What happens if something is damaged during the cleaning?
While we work with the utmost of care, accidents do sometimes happen! In the unlikely event that damage or breakage occurs while we are cleaning, New World will make every effort to repair or replace the item. If necessary an insurance claim will be filed.
What if I need to change a scheduled cleaning visit?
We request 24 hours notice in advance of your scheduled cleaning. We plan our time so that we can clean your home and other customers' according to a pre-planned schedule. When short notice is given or if upon arrival we cannot access your home, we may need to charge a fee if the team cannot be reassigned. There may be a Cancellation Fee of $30.00 for any last minute cancellations.
What if I have my pets in my home?
Our staff knows how to work around them and we will work with you to avoid any problems.
Who are New World employees?
All employees are pre-screened and our work force is thoroughly trained. They enthusiastically work to meet our Customers' varying needs throughout the year.
What is the New World Privacy Policy?
When you provide your personal information to New World Cleaning Services i.e. your name, address, phone number, company name, etc., that information will NOT be sold, distributed, used, or given to any other company or individual for use in marketing or solicitation. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with New World.
